Digital Products
Some products sold on nursingtestbanks.shop may be digital products, including downloadable files, study materials, test banks, eBooks, PDFs, or other digital educational resources.
Due to the nature of digital products, digital items cannot be physically returned. Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or emailed to the customer, it may not be eligible for a refund unless there is a valid issue with the product.
Refunds for digital products may be considered in the following cases:
- You received the wrong digital product.
- The file is defective, corrupted, or cannot be accessed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Please note that for digital products, the right to cancel may not apply once the digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or emailed to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, or review your digital product refund request, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
